{July 4, 2013}   Happy 4th of July!

Happy 4th of July!

I hope that everyone is enjoying the day, whether you are working it or not, and remember while you are having fun that the reason you are free to have that fun is because of the ones who fought for your freedom!

A very special 4th of July to all those who have fought and are currently fighting for our freedom and thank you so much! I am very proud to say I have two nephew-in-laws(yes, I made up that term) who are in the Marines! 🙂

What plans do all my friends, family, and fellow bloggers have for today? Me and my husband are just being lazy and enjoying time at home with each other. No outside heat and fireworks for us…other than the ones on TV.  Neither of us feels like enduring the crowds at our local zoo 4th of July event this year!

Again, I wish everyone a great day…Thank you once again to all those who have served and are currently serving….and this includes not only those in Armed Forces, but those in the Police Force, Fire fighters, EMC, etc.! Be back tomorrow for 5QF!

Worth the trouble

“He couldn’t see why people made such a fuss about people eating their silly old fruit anyway, but life would be a lot less fun if they didn’t. And there was never an apple, in Adam’s opinion, that wasn’t worth the trouble you got into for eating it.” ~from Good Omens
