{February 10, 2013}   Fourth Spotlight Sunday of 2013

Welcome to my Spotlight Sunday! Every Sunday I put someONE or someTHING I love IN the Spotlight!

Anyone is welcome to use the idea on their own blog and spotlight whoever or whatever THEY choose, but if you do, please use my lovely graphic that my friend made somewhere in your post to show that the idea came from here! And I would love it if you left the link in my comments, so I could go check out what YOU spotlighted!

Today, I am spotlighting a website that I am proud to use. Swagbucks is a great site where you can earn points through watching videos, answering polls, searching online, doing surveys, shopping, and more! You can then use your points to get gift cards, books, electronics, jewelry, etc. I’ve been using Swagbucks for several months now and I love how you can earn points by doing however much you feel like doing. Obviously the more you do, the more you can earn, but even just doing a little bit will get you points. There are also giveaways daily where you can use a low amount of swag bucks you have earned to enter and have a chance at a BIG prize! You can also gain points if you refer a friend who joins, then when your friends gain points, you can gain them too! Oh and it’s free to use Swagbucks. No hidden costs or anything.

You’ll also find coupons you can print off and use that later reward you with points as well as a new feature called “Local Deals” where you can redeem swag points for special deals in your area. You can connect and follow Swagbucks on Facebook AND Twitter where you will be informed when there’s a limited time code you can enter on Swagbucks to get free points. These are usually available at least once every weekday, but sometimes they will have Code Extravaganzas where they give out several! Every Friday is known as Mega Swag Bucks Day where you have the chance of earning thousands of swag bucks just by searching through their toolbar(which you get 1 swagbuck a day for just having on your browser). Check out the Rewards store daily for their Braggable Bargain and share it with your friends to possibly win 150 swag bucks! Today’s bargain is a $50 Banana Republic gift card redeemable for 4,875 swag bucks; usual price is 5,000 swag bucks.

I know the amount you need MAY seem like a lot, but it’s really not once you learn how fast you can earn the bucks and whatever you redeem it for, you got for FREE! And for those into charities, you can donate your points to them as well! Charities included currently are The Sandy Hook School Support Fund, Unicef, Smile Train as well as various others.

Swagbucks also has your very own messaging system where they will “email” you and let you know about more ways to earn. I find this to be great for those who might not have as much time to go through and pick out how they want to earn. Each day, there is also a goal (today’s is 50 swag bucks). Each day that you meet THAT goal gets you extra bucks and the more days in a row you are able to meet them, the MORE extra bucks you get. You can earn points whether you meet the goal or not, but if you’re an overachiever or have more free time, this is a great way to earn a lot. Last but not least, there is a Hourly Random Winner picked out from ALL swagbuckers. If you’re luckily enough to get picked, you win 1,000 swagbucks!

I just gave you a small glimpse into what Swagbucks is like. If you want to know more, click on the first highlighted “Swagbucks” in this post!

*Yes, my link will take you to my referral link cause I’m referring you! Of course, you don’t HAVE to use my link, but I would be greatly appreciative of you if you do!* 🙂

Worth the trouble
