“He couldn’t see why people made such a fuss about people eating their silly old fruit anyway, but life would be a lot less fun if they didn’t. And there was never an apple, in Adam’s opinion, that wasn’t worth the trouble you got into for eating it.” ~from Good Omens

Glad you feel better… ♥
Escaping through a book has been my life long companion and life saver…
I knew you were a gamer… You wrote an insightful post on it.
Happy weekend to you! 🙂
I don’t remember writing a post about role playing games but I have admitted to playing games on Facebook. Hope you had a good weekend yourself!
1. I escape to my room and tell kids that grandma’s in “time out” which gives me about 5 minutes to myself, longer if the mommy knows I need it.
2. I’m watching “Ringer”.
3. Longest road trip was from Florida to Ohio because we volunteered to hop the “wrong” bus after overhearing talk about more passengers than seats on the “right” bus. Both headed north; we just took the scenic route.
4. No… I don’t do large theme parks.
5. My surprise thing is… I only have one pair of shoes, three if you count slippers and that pair of 5″ wooden clogs that I can walk in anymore. (That surprises ME… I used to have hoarder tendencies, now I think I’m becoming a minimalist.)
I’ve also been watching “The Ringer” 🙂
I have quite a few pairs of shoes but I tend to stick to one pair of flip flops, which I wear cold or warm weather. 😀
