To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…

• What are you currently reading?
• What did you recently finish reading?
• What do you think you’ll read next?

What are you currently reading? “Welcome to the World, Baby Girl” by Fannie Flagg…She also wrote the book based on the movie, “Fried Green Tomatoes”, which I also own but haven’t read yet. So far I’m really liking this book and I must warn people that the book goes from one time period to the next back and forth so if that kind of things bothers you, then you probably wouldn’t like it. I, myself, do not mind it but I definitely have to pay close attention to the time periods as I read so as to not get confused.

What did you recently finish reading? “Tales for a Stormy Night” by Dorothy Salisbury Davis (This was an older book I got for either a dime or a quarter one year at our Annual Library Book Sale. The cover and the title seemed interesting and as I am a huge fan of Agatha Christie, I figured I would check out these short mystery stories. Some stories I liked and some were just so so. I’m not really sure why I didn’t LOVE it, it was just OK for me.

I also started and finished “Blessings” by Anna Quindlen. I really liked the male character in this book and was really rooting for him. I loved the way this story was told from two main character’s point of views and I also loved the way things developed, but I will say the only reason I just really liked instead of loving this book was because I wanted things to end differently than they did. I definitely recommend reading this and would love to hear what some of my blogging buddies think of it. 🙂

What do you think you’ll read next? “Relentless” by Dean Koontz…..because I haven’t read a book by him in too long and he is one of my fav. authors
