To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…

• What are you currently reading?
• What did you recently finish reading?
• What do you think you’ll read next?

What are you currently reading? “Dragon Spell” by Donita K. Paul, which is a Review book….I will be doing a review on my blog as soon as I finish. For those interested, you’re welcome to read. If not, skip over the review. I’m required to post a review on my blog as well as a book site and the publishing company’s site, so if you’re not interested in reading the reviews, it won’t hurt my feelings.

What did you recently finish reading? “Rebecca” by Daphne Du Maurier….great book! I just felt like I was reading a work of art. I think it’s considered a gothic novel but I’m calling that only because the location is this old mansion described to sound very old fashioned and it’s early 1900’s which is what I have always thought of as a gothic novel, but I admit that I could be wrong in that deduction.

I also finished “Loud and Clear” by Anna Quindlen and I really, really enjoyed it. It was a collection of different columns she had written and speeches she had done over the years. She’s such a great writer.

What do you think you’ll read next? No clue…I will have to see whatever calls me next! 🙂

Happy Birthday to my wonderful Mom! I love you!

Worth the trouble

“He couldn’t see why people made such a fuss about people eating their silly old fruit anyway, but life would be a lot less fun if they didn’t. And there was never an apple, in Adam’s opinion, that wasn’t worth the trouble you got into for eating it.” ~from Good Omens
